I will definitely be coming back for more of her classes! A note for Trilogy management - I wish the teachers were more empowered to stick to the policy for late students and not let them in once class has started. A few people came in late to this class and the teacher had to stop cueing to direct them where to set up. I don’t mean that to be reflective of Gabrielle at all, this has happened in plenty of classes at this studio and it’s always incredibly disruptive. It would be nice if the teachers felt supported to turn away late students for the sake of those who did make it to class on time

Beautiful studio space and lots of props. Renting a mat costs $2 which is not ideal for travelers (and in my opinion just not necessary). So bring your own mat. Weird and fun playlist.

It was definitely challenging and you really feel the burn in your legs and glutes! The vibration plate is interesting. The gong bath in the end was so peaceful and rejuvenating, which was exactly what I needed today. Lovely practice and highly recommend! As for location, I’d suggest using the stairs to the right of the FedEx entrance, then you’ll see a sign to turn left towards the studio🫶

Karina spoke about the chakras and said empowering mantras throughout class. She did a perfect job at pushing and motivating the class throughout all the poses. As someone who is pretty familiar with yoga, I was able to enjoy this experience even though I was unfamiliar with this type- I’m not sure I would recommend this for a complete beginner to yoga, however. Great experience, and I really love that it’s positioned right in the middle of the week to help increase your mindfulness and give you a reprieve from the stress of the workweek week.
