se alle anmeldelserLoved this format. I really like Melissa, I have ended up taking a weekly class with her and I’m really enjoying her teaching style. This class was a first for her and me. She did amazing and i loved how complete the workout felt. It was a full 45 mins, and it felt like such a great workout. Everyone in the class agreed. I’d be curious to try it with a tiny bit of heat. It had a lot of heavy weights on the arms which was hard because i have a shoulder injury, but i was able to modify and got a great workout in!

I love the atmosphere that is created in this gym setting, Ana does a wonderful job at keeping up the energy, uplifting you throughout the workout and i am forever grateful for the adjustments to make sure my form is perfected. Can’t wait to be back!

My favorite part genuinely had to be how at the very beginning he led us through what can be described as an intention setting meditation before starting class. It was about 1 min long just reminding us to stay present in the next hour of class. Class started with dynamic stretching and transitioned into the actual 3x3 interval. Frankie was very motivating and precise with his explanation. Apart from the class the actual studio was amazing. When I signed in the staff was super sweet and accommodating. They gave me a quick tour of everything (I arrived 15 mins early). They staff introduce me to the instructor. They were also accommodating in switching my spot next to my friend. Loved it will be back 🤍

There isn't a single coach in Miami who has taught me as much as Chris has. EVERY move is explained and he'll tell you which muscle you'll target depending on how you position yourself. I've taken classes with some of the best coaches in Miami from Barry's, to RAWFit, CV, Legacy and SoulFit but no coach compares. He is SO knowledgeable, kind and will make you want to do private sessions. No matter how busy class gets, he'll always watch out, correct you AND push you. My absolute favorite coach in the land! Side note: be sure to stop by their shake bar post class; they make THE BEST shakes priced $11. 🙌🙏✨️
