The Spanish songs were a nice plus and I will definitely be coming back next Monday to take it again. Great for beginners (the last time I took a spinning class was about 12 years ago), I didn’t feel lost and it was easy to follow.

Kassi is great at giving you modifications and adjustments to suit all the individual needs of each student in the class with out it feeling boring or easy for others. The dance studio is very clean and the staff is extremely kind and professional.
