se alle anmeldelserI absolutely LOVED Sinnamon’s class! I’ve taken a few beginner pole dancing classes before and usually struggle with coordination and figuring out the moves, but Sinnamon is AMAZING at explaining and demonstrating everything. She made the movements so easy to understand that I was able to pick them up right away! She’s such a great instructor, and I had so much fun in her class. Definitely one of my favorite classes—I highly, highly recommend her! 💕✨

se alle anmeldelserThis was my first time at the studio, and it was absolutely beautiful and welcoming. The Kundalini class felt deeply spiritual, grounding, and nourishing. I left feeling so good, both in my body and in my spirit. At the end of class, they served us tea, which was such a beautiful touch. The aroma filled my senses during Shavasana and made the whole experience feel even more special. It was such a wonderful way to close the practice and made the entire experience feel complete

se alle anmeldelserI really enjoyed my class with Shira — it was equal parts intense and deeply restorative. She does really nice hands on assists as well. We did some triangle and half moon poses against the wall that really helped me gain another perspective on the pose. It’s refreshing to go to a studio that isn’t focused on loud music, crazy heat and insta aesthetics and instead reminds you what yoga is really all about. Thanks Shira :)
