I appreciate the reminders to keep form rather than just doing the motions. Only wish that parking would be easier.. maybe have to come at different times of the day. Solid studio clean dark and lit. This class is fast-paced and not for absolute beginners so be aware, but the studio offers an excellent fundamentals class too which I have been taking for the past 1-2 months! I also enjoyed the live pianist and spacious hall 🩰 can’t wait to come back to this studio every week :)

Relaxing zen room to wait in before class. Lovely instructor for the r&b yoga class. I was sore after from the challenges but good vibes, music, and I got to relax at the end. Class was actually 90 mins. Parking was the only con, but I got there early enough.
