I was a little intimidated by the chaos at the start of class since it was my first time but Erica read the room, addressed it, and led a solid workout. You really feel the sense of community among others who attended the class as well, which is what separates this experience from any other fitness class I’ve taken in the past. Hoping I get the chance to come back.

se alle anmeldelserQuite a small space but has everything you would need for a strength workout. Best if you want to use machines, dumbbells. There is one squat rack and one smith machine and many other strength machines. Not a whole lot of space for floorwork. A couple of cardio machines. But it's pretty clean and quiet. Overall good experience!!!

se alle anmeldelserVery clean, I was there mid day and there were a lot of people but still had machines open. The women’s bathroom facilities were super clean, just don’t forget a lock for your locker. The steam room was excellent.

se alle anmeldelserLoved the class! Ellen was an informative and enthusiastic instructor! I usually don’t like group fitness classes because they go too fast but Ellen’s pace was comfortable. Make no mistake! It was still a great workout, even the low impact cardio in the beginning had me sweating! Would definitely take a class taught by her again! Thanks Ellen for a lovely class! ☺️
