se alle anmeldelserOne of the best Barry’s classes I’ve taken! They welcome first timers with open arms and do a great job of demonstrating floor exercises. I’m not a runner and it was refreshing to not feel pressured to run fast! I love this studio location and the locker room is so clean and well organized. They have hair ties, deodorants, Ouai products, towels for showering and working out, theraguns, Dyson hairdryer and a smoothie bar you can order from that’ll be ready post class!

se alle anmeldelserThis is my favorite Barry’s class I’ve ever been to!! Taylor’s music was SO good and motivating and gave such clear instruction. I usually do Ride x Lift, so this was my first Run x Lift which I was initially intimidated by, but she led the class so gracefully and offered perfect guidance. Definitely coming back!!

se alle anmeldelserI go to a Barry’s class once every few months because I’m not a runner at all. This is the first time the running part felt accessible to me because of how many options she gave. There was no pushing yourself to go beyond your limits, and she even said something about how everyone’s body is different. I might actually start going regularly to her class. I definitely also recommend if you’re new to Barry’s or exercise in general because there are so many options! Can’t believe it took me this long to take her Alycia’s class!

I don’t do Barry’s often and this was accessible, but I wouldn’t bring friends who don’t have a fitness routine. Not for beginners. Some of the instructions on the floor could have been clearer but I figured it out.

se alle anmeldelserSylvia was great. I liked the concentration on slow controlled movements, on proper form. It wasn't like other trendy gyms that just want you to bang out reps. I also liked that there wasn't any excessive "cheerleading" from the instructor, as I usually find that demotivating.

Really friendly folks in class, lot of camaraderie and focus on getting in a killer workout. Instructor had great energy and good cues. Would definitely come back. Prob not great for beginners as we just got right into it, but as a former college athlete, this felt like home. :)
