se alle anmeldelserI’ve tried a couple instructors so far and I think Sandra is the best . She’s very precise, offers substitutions, is always making sure your form is correct. Also she’s Plus size friendly. Every class you get pushed a little more . I also see more toning in my body and I try to attend 2 classes a week .

He is a professional dancer, so we all feel somewhat honored that he has made time to teach us, but he is also an excellent teacher. The combinations were straightforward, he gave excellent corrections, and he was great about offering a class that is accessible to many levels of dancers. I think his focus on artistry as well as technique is going to be amazing for anyone taking this class.

Everything was well explained and the flow of the class was perfect. It was definitely a great workout without feeling overwhelming. I would 100% take another class with her again!
