The atmosphere in the class that she creates is a safe space for everyone and encourages the concept of loving and listening to one’s body. I love this class! Each movement feels so natural and fluid, not necessarily ‘easy,’ but with a beautiful, unforced rhythm that makes the practice feel almost meditative. I always leave class feeling peaceful and refreshed, like I’ve reset for the weekend. Her Friday sessions are especially perfect for unwinding from the week. This was actually my second visit to the fitness center, and I loved that I had the chance to work out alone both times. It allowed the coaches to really focus on me and help me with my progress. The center is absolutely gorgeous, and everything is brand new, which makes working out even more enjoyable!

Le mouvement somatique était aussi bien intégré et même si j’étais pas trop à l’aise au début, ses encouragements à se détendre m’ont permis de tout lâcher prise. L’ajout de yoga nidra et la possibilité de choisir une carte (du tarot?) étaient vraiment bien pensés. Merci infiniment !
