I always leave feeling stronger and longer! also, I love instructor Tiffanie!! she's challenging, funny, and describes all of the muscle articulations and poses really well. she also plans the routines to the tempo and length of the music which helps to distract yourself from the burn 😅

se alle anmeldelserCours complet, échauffement, cardio, jambes, abdos, bras, étirements. Camille est une super prof toujours enjouée et motivante, elle corrige nos postures et nos mouvements. On transpire beaucoup, on souffre quand même un peu aussi, mais on est heureuse en repartant! Et l’heure passe assez vite.
