se alle anmeldelserInstructor had a very pleasant voice, and they were mindful of how they delivered the cues. This studious classes are small so it can be a great spot to start your pilates journey, however there were zero 1 on 1 corrections. We were maybe 8 in total so the size of the class was not the issue. I know that some people especially in the western world can take it the wrong way, but I would encourage instructors to not shy away from correcting us. On some days the best we can do is to show up and on others we are there to advance and maybe even get pushed further than we thought to be able. The social aspect and individualized corrections is the only thing that sets a physical studio apart from doing the same workout at home. Also it was a bit chilly in the studio might be a plus for some bring some layers to start with.

se alle anmeldelserJ'ai loupé mon cours de base (100% ma faute) et ils ont accepté de me mettre sur la classe suivante, c'est très apprécié! Le cours est en anglais mais l'instructrice switch en français au besoin si elle sait que vous êtes franco. J'ai fait le cours intermédiaire/advanced full body, et je sens que j'ai bien travaillé tous mes muscles. J'ai pourtant fait du reformer seulement 3/4 fois mais ça s'est très bien passé. Je recommande ce petit studio :)

Too much of instagram pilates princess and lip filler aesthetics going on. Also the general reformer class was not challenging enough. Should have known better the pink reformer was a give away.

Several times during the class, after I had already completed multiple counts, I would hear “we’re going for 4 more.” Knowing the total number of counts from the beginning would make it easier to pace and follow along.

Classes are very beginner accessible, there is a bit of learning curve in regard of using the machine and picking the correct resistance depending on ones fitness level. Thats just a reformer thing in general. A beautiful view from the studio. No shower though. However the music was not my jam. Soft upbeat covers of various mainstream top40 pop songs. Also heard Fergie being played, and Nelly Furtado-promiscuous girl. Someone else would probably love it and it’s just a preference thing and there will always be someone who doesn’t like it no matter the choice. Nevertheless switching it up could be interesting, maybe palatable melodic house , yacht rock, funk.. Anyhow teacher was great at adjusting the volume when she spoke up to give us directions, very thoughtful.

I really enjoyed being able to select my own routine to do on the reformer and take it at my own pace, which is something I’ve never been able to do at another studio. Martin, the owner, was so kind and took the time to show me around and explain everything as well! I’m excited to go back—definitely worth checking out!

She was extremely observant and patient because we were a smaller group, she would correct our forms and even give us more rest time after a harder exercise. The space was small (about 8 people) which is great for people who get overwhelmed from a bigger crowd. I will definitely be going back.

The class is on yoga mat with dimmed lights, you use different size of balls to apply (a great deal of) pressure on the zones where you have tightness or pain, so it hurts if you're doing it well but just like a good massage or osteo treatment, at the end if feels great. The teacher is very good and adapts super well to her students and their needs, she was attentive and helpful, adjusting the course and movement for us and making sure we do it well. The vibe is relaxed and inclusive, other participants are welcoming and helpful to newcomers.
