    The Formula

    Jenni has a very spiritual / yogi energy that is lovely! 🧘🏻‍♀️Her formula class is more yoga flow heavy and yoga pose oriented vs barre/pilates. However, I did moves today that I haven’t ever done in a formula class, so I very much appreciate the creativity and variety of moves! This was a nice change of pace for the Formula that I will add in to my regular class roster!

    Zumba

    This was such a FUN and easy to follow class! 👏🏻Zumba is the BEST cardio! 💪🏻 Love the variety of songs and dance styles. Any fitness level should be able to easily adjust the intensity of the class. Welcoming teachers. Easy and plentiful parking! Can’t wait to come back next week and dance with these ladies 💃🏻❤️

    TONE 45

    This was a nice “lunchtime burn”, the 45 minutes flies by - but I feel like I got a good workout! The studio is brand new, so everything is very clean and pristine. The desk attendant was super friendly and gave me a full tour - I felt welcomed and comfortable upon arrival. Vangela had great energy. “Tone 45” was basically a sequence of circuit/toning/barre movements. Some of the sequences had slight rhythm choreography, which I personally enjoyed. If you’re looking for a very high intensity class where you leave drenched in sweat, this isn’t for you – but if you want a great burn without over-doing yourself, this is a great fit.
