se alle anmeldelserI wasn’t totally sure what to expect, coming from a Bikram background. I’m not usually into vinyasa classes, but this was a great class in a lovely studio. Ali is an excellent teacher, very attentive and generous with modifications. The studio is pristine and welcoming. My only gripe is that there aren’t any showers, but the bathrooms are spacious and very clean.

Ashley taught us assuming that we had no prior knowledge of yoga (which was nice since it had been a while since I had done yoga and am trying to find time to get back into it).
