As a beginner, the machine can look a bit intimidating, but Chelsea made me feel incredibly welcome and comfortable right from the start. She gave clear instructions, offered great cueing, and kept the energy high throughout the entire session. I left feeling challenged, energized, and excited to come back. Highly recommend her class!

se alle anmeldelserreally enjoyed the class!! the instructor had really nice energy, the songs were chosen with a good tempo & the exercises were less typical to what I'm used to, which made it fun. we started with some contemporary exercises, moved to some Barre exercises, then ended with some mat exercise. a good mix of dance inspired movements which made my body happy & others that required more core/calve strength
