The class has a relaxing yet motivating ambience, but I definitely worked up a sweat and felt like I got a really good workout in. I also really appreciate that Bluebirds classes have a relaxation moment at the end, as I always end up leaving the class feeling incredible. I cannot recommend this class enough!
