I have been frequently attending classes at the Trainers for about 5 years and this is my favorite gym in Amsterdam. I join their group lessons and I also take PT classes here. The owner Mink is such a kind and friendly person and he is genuinely interested in his clients. He has the best team with every single trainer being super friendly and knowledgable and they always pay personal attention to everyone in group lessons. Keep up the good work and positive vibes!

Very nice friendly teacher who offered plenty variations when you have any injuries. Great low impact training, and def got me sweat. Only point of improvement is that the teacher paid little attention to stretching after the bar exercises and maybe she could encourage slow and controlled movements a bit more. It was very fast, and for Pilates that’s not the point.

I liked the space a lot, the Pilates session was a bit challenging as it is supposed to be! Julia helped me out with the hairdryer, apparently they have a power socket hidden. Thanks to her I could dry my hair before heading out to the cold:)

Die Stunde war sehr gut und effektiv. 1 Stern Abzug weil die Stunde um 7:45 Uhr stattfinden sollte. Die Tür war zu und die Dame am Telefon konnte mir auch nicht richtig weiterhelfen. Ein anderes Mädchen kam dann über Urban Sport und bei ihr sollte der Kurs um 8 Uhr stattfinden. Wäre sie nicht dagewesene, dann wäre ich gegangen und wäre umsonst so früh aufgestanden!
