De instructrice was ontzettend vriendelijk, legde de oefeningen duidelijk uit en nam de tijd voor iedereen. Wat ik vooral prettig vond, is dat ze individuele begeleiding gaf en corrigeerde waar nodig, zodat je zeker weet dat je de oefeningen op de juiste manier uitvoert. Hierdoor voelde ik me als nieuwkomer direct op mijn gemak. Zeker een aanrader!

Wat ik vooral prettig vond, is dat ze echt goed let op hoe je de oefeningen uitvoert en veel aandacht heeft voor je houding. Ze geeft ook veel persoonlijke aandacht tijdens de les, wat het echt anders maakt dan andere lessen die ik tot nu toe heb geprobeerd. En ze onthield zelfs mijn naam, dat vond ik echt een leuke en persoonlijke touch. Dit was pas mijn derde pilatesles en ik ben een beetje verschillende studio’s aan het uitproberen, maar dit was tot nu toe echt mijn favoriete les. Ik ga hier zeker terugkomen en zou haar absoluut aanraden!

se alle anmeldelserI can say my experience with the workouts were quite solid here! It was more like a dynamic workout rather than relaxing pilates class, which I was surprised. So if you like more dynamic workouts in Reformer, it would be your class with high tempo and music. However, I also like really relaxing and strengthening classes with chill music cause it was really hard for me to follow the instructor most of the time cause I couldn't really hear her. Many times during the class I had to go to next to her or look up to my neighboors to understand the moves and sprints used. So maybe it can be adjusted sometimes, as a bit less loud and more like slower but still very effective Reformer class as well. :)
