se alle anmeldelserLike settling into a grand old mansion with warm glowing windows on a winter's night, Maya's 75-minute yin class was pure magic. The studio, pleasantly warmed and bathed in the gentle flow of relaxing new age melodies, created the perfect sanctuary. Her silky radio voice, smooth as velvet, had me melting faster than a snowman in springtime. Reclined butterfly had me feeling as relaxed as the festive black Santa in the fancy foyer. By the time we reached legs up the wall, the soothing music and cozy temperature had me so blissed out that I wondered if this was actually a very clever recruitment strategy for the world's most relaxing cult.
