se alle anmeldelserReally great class and beginner friendly. Instructor was kind and got the first timers in 2 mins before to show us how the equipment works. Was a bit difficult to understand her at times cos she was speaking a little fast and couldn’t quite hear over the music, but it’s quite intuitive anyway so I got on fine. Can’t wait to come back again.

I normally so a lot of weight resistant work so this was really challenging for me but I enjoyed it alot. I recommend going to Nick’s class. he’s very enthusiastic and can tell he is passionate about it. Will be booking up another class when I’m back in Manchester! Thanks Nick. :)
