se alle anmeldelserI really enjoyed this class with Alison. She gave great adjustments, was kind and welcoming, and gave clear anatomically accurate cueing. As an advanced practitioner/teacher visiting from out of town, I felt comfortable in the serene space, I’m sure a brand new practitioner would feel equally comfortable as Alison seems to have a deep grasp of what she teaches. Mat rental was only $2 for a high end Lifeforme. I’ll be sure to visit again on my next visit to the city!

se alle anmeldelserI love love love this studio! There is one instructor I am not the biggest fan of (not Monica and I won’t name drop) but other than that Free to Be may be my favorite. Lizzie is the best! Highly recommend this studio. It’s very clean and welcoming. I like that the instructors make an effort to know your name and assist you. The flow and structure of the class match my speed. There is no pressure but strong encouragement to push yourself which I appreciate. I love the cool towel at the end too :)
