From the moment I walked in, the front desk greeted me with a smile and was very sweet, which was incredibly comforting. As someone who is usually very self-conscious and prone to anxiety, I was a bit nervous going in. However, Liz's warm and welcoming energy immediately put me at ease. Her instruction was clear and calming, and the atmosphere in the studio was so inviting, especially with the dim lighting, which helped create a peacetul, grounding environment. I felt comfortable and at ease throughout the entire class. I left feeling both relaxed and empowered, and I'm already looking forward to coming back. If you're someone who feels anxious or out of place in group settings, I highly recommend Liz's class - she truly made a difference in helping me feel at ease. 🫶🏻

The instructor, Ben, was so inclusive and sweet and cool, with great pace and clear instructions, I can’t say enough good things about him!! I love his energy, his smile, his humor, and his playlist - it’s the best!! What I love is that he makes sure the movements align perfectly with the beat of the music, something I’ve noticed other teachers don’t often do. I've been grieving the loss of a pet this week and haven't been in the mood to workout at allll, but today Alexa's class was the first 50 minutes all week I didn't feel sad because I was so locked in and inspired- and felt genuinely good after todays class, I'm grateful for that!
