se alle anmeldelserIt was my first time at Powerflow Yoga. I absolutely love Simone's class! Her cueing is incredibly clear, making it easy to follow along even during complex transitions without constantly looking up at the front of the room. She does a wonderful job of offering modifications for all levels, ensuring everyone feels welcome and safe. The class has a perfect balance of physical challenge and mindfulness. Highly recommend.
