    Love love love this class. This was my first class and Karolina was very thorough and her playlist was on point the entire time. Her and Felix did a great job providing me information on what was to be expected for my first class and I couldn’t be more blown away. It’s hard finding a cardio class only and I’m glad I found this class. I will definitely be coming back and looking forward to see my progression!

Kristin makes these classes really fun, and I think she’s probably one of the best instructors as well for beginners because she’s super motivating, explains all the exercises, and also constructs the classes in a way that they are very accessible, with relatively longer breaks.

    I go to a Barry’s class once every few months because I’m not a runner at all. This is the first time the running part felt accessible to me because of how many options she gave. There was no pushing yourself to go beyond your limits, and she even said something about how everyone’s body is different. I might actually start going regularly to her class. I definitely also recommend if you’re new to Barry’s or exercise in general because there are so many options! Can’t believe it took me this long to take her Alycia’s class!

    Amazing hard workout! My quads were crying my the end. Great mix of plyo, heavy lift, conditioning and strength. Really friendly folks in class, lot of camaraderie and focus on getting in a killer workout. Instructor had great energy and good cues. Would definitely come back. Prob not great for beginners as we just got right into it, but as a former college athlete, this felt like home. :)

The weights are HEAVY but trainer pushes you and everybody else does too. Not only is the trainer ripped but everyone that has been consistent is ripped too. Everyone here looks elite, as if training for the Olympics. It’s an amazing feeling and vibe. Like 🦍🦍🦍 vibe. In ensuring you workout hard and your best. Wow. I also loved how they have barbell & I personally never used one before so I learned how to use it for glutes.

    Class with Dani was so great! It was my first experience in a running class and I absolutely loved it. The 30/30 split felt great as I was able to get cardio and strength at the same time. Both were definitely challenging! The space is so clean, staff is super friendly and the treadmills are really great quality — not like your typical treadmill at the gym. I don’t think there’s anywhere in North Jersey like Juma!
