I enjoy her taking the time to explain the breath as it pertains to the movement. Her gentle reminders feel like a hand up towards your best workout experience. This was my 4th class here and I will say as someone with zero dance experience, the K-pop dance classes are not for beginners. I’ll stick to the beginner classes but would love to one day be able to comfortably take the K-pop ones!
