Spiritual focused class with chants and meditation. You’ll still break a sweat as you will do repetitive motions with chants for multiple rounds. Instructor offered food to the class at the end which was nice. Overall it was an experience and if you haven’t done kundalini yoga before make sure to look it up before you go.
