Restorative Sound Healing
At the beginning of class, the instructor lit some incense that was very nauseating for me. That was the only negative of the class. The rest of the class was very soothing and I like how all the equipment was prepared for each student. The cushions, blankets and eye pillows made drifting into meditation easy. I recommend this class and would attend again.
