I had gone to thee gym prior but decided to take the high intensity workout class here, it worked out different parts of your body if that’s what you’re looking for. The instructor was on it, making sure you’re not holding back but also taking time to check on everyone to make sure their form is correct/they are not slacking. He applied pressure but was motivating, there was a good balance. 10/10, would go again, just not on a day that I already went to the gym haha
