She is also really good about coming around a looking form- but not in an annoying way!!! Her classes are hard and challenging!! Definitely not basic!! The session was performed by two very sweet guys who played so many beautiful instruments, sometimes together and sometimes one after another. They prepared everything for us: a very soft mat, a bolster for legs, plus an eye mask and a blanket. Such a cozy touch! 😍 I came to the class carrying bad energy after something upsetting happened right before it, but I left feeling completely calm and relaxed. During the session I realized how much I had been rushing and holding tension all week. After class, I decided to treat myself to a nice dinner, a cocktail, and even a new perfume — why not? Being a mom to a 16-month-old baby is not always easy, so moments like this truly matter. This class is officially becoming part of my weekly routine. Thank you 💜

Been having a hard time finding instructors that are good since Isaac left or are not MAGA affiliated because I can't silently support instructors who go against the teachings of Joseph Pilates politically, its gross. I hate that Solidcore has become filled with MAGA instructors and influencers. I will be back to see this instructor and may actually purchase classes through the Solidcore app again if I keep having positive class experiences. Hopefully this instructor doesn't disappoint.
