se alle anmeldelserAs someone who doesn't sweat easily, I was out of breath and dripping 5 mins into the class. Make sure to wear shorts and a tank, the heated room makes you work real hard! Burned over 400 calories by end of the class which is my personal best and I sweat buckets. So fun!!
