Not only does she have the best energy, she also teaches a choreography that’s fun and actually looks good. And maybe one of the most important things - she is motivating for beginners like myself. I sucked and couldn’t even remember 70% of the choreography but I had so much fun. And that’s what dancing is really about. Thank you Suela❤️

I was happy to discover it, and although it’s not for me I would recommend it to everyone looking to condition their body, increase flexibility and strength as well as gain confidence. Plus it’s fun and the instructor Wdward is great and very helpful. Nice atmosphere.

The trainer was really good and I found her instructions clear. The studio wasn’t super fancy but they didn’t have too many beds in the class so the trainer could correct people’s form and offer help one to one.

Despite being a beginner class the instructions feel pre-immediate. I found the class challenging but I enjoyed it although this may not be for everyone. Space - big spacious room with floor length mirrors and dynamic lighting, its's definately a room designed to train aerials

se alle anmeldelserClass - This was my first time doing a twerk class and it was a very new expierence. We did sufficient warmups before following a choreo for the lesson. This session just happens to be brazilian twerk which includes more technique. As a complete newbie i found it hard to keep up but the style varies between weeks so this might be just bad timing on my part. Instrcutor - Fee was amazing! Strong, gorgeous and energetic she never fails to make you laugh. She was absolutely the best part of the class. I really enjoyed the afterclass self love session (optional) and I went home from this class feeling content. Space - the lesson is held in a classroom with poles but this does not affect the twerk lesson.

The staff were all really welcoming and friendly, which is rare when using a CP because FoH people typically treat you like you’re single handedly trying to put them out of business. It was spotless, a massive selection of equipment and the Reppin’ class with Hannah was FAB. I thought she was great, really enthusiastic, kept an eye on people’s form and kept the motivation high. It’s places like this that make me feel like moving my trial CP to a membership.

We were 3 people to one hoop, which I find a bit on the cozy side, but it's a great way to make new friends. Location - The location is a local gym and upon first arrival I had a bit difficulty finding the entrance (it's round the back if you're following google maps) nice location if you live nearby. Instructor - She was definately surprised at the turnout but took it in stride. Due to the volume of people it was hard to get individual attention but you can tell she tries to check up on everyone throughout the class.

I think it’s just worth pointing out so they don’t have the fear I had when the instructor says “now we’re going to get into our splits” LOL!
