se alle anmeldelserWow! What an incredible teacher and an incredible space held to learn. It was my first time at hot yoga and this class and I felt welcomed and safe. Sindy is so clear with directions and bestows this sense of discipline which I really loved. My attention rarely shifted from my breath or body the whole class and I really do think that’s a sign of a great teacher and a well led class. Can’t wait to go back, hope she does more evening classes at mission in the future

The yoga room was good, well prepared and the yoga teacher very welcoming. The class was very professionally organised, very good housekeeping. I felt 'seen' in my practice, corrected slightly but also praised for the right things and movement. It made the experience very worthwhile and productive for me.

My only issue is that I booked the class at 8PM through class pass and when I turned up at 7:45PM, they advised that actually the class wasn't at 8PM - there was one at 7:30PM and 8:30PM. I was given the option of jumping into the class which had already started 15 minutes before, which I took so that I didn't have to wait another 45 minutes for the next class, but it does mean that I didn't get the full time. Staff at the club were really friendly and helpful!
