She was so sweet and made sure to take to explain every step of what she was doing and address all my skincare concerns. It was so relaxing that I actually fell asleep in the middle. Afterwards, people literally stopped me to tell me that my skin was GLOWING. I definitely recommend this facial! She’s amazing!!

se alle anmeldelserVery comfortable and relaxing space, I booked a couple massage for a mom & daughter day. Vera did my mother and did a fantastic deep tissue on her, I had Ana. I didn’t feel my massage was deep tissue to the extent I had to ask for more pressure. The deep tissue is + $10 on top of the class pass reservation. For adding on a cost it should’ve been what I paid for. I left still tight and feeling like I needed another massage. Overall I would go back and try Vera - Vera was attentive and had a very calm demeanor. She was great. but just note- they only let you use ClassPass for your first massage.

But I didn’t enjoy getting my eyelashes done here, my eyes would burn when she put the lashes, some of my bottom lashes were stuck to the top ones and at the end I couldn’t even open my eyes without the burning sensation, she had to give me eyedrops. The lashes were kind of messy at the end and after 2-3 hours some of them started falling out!!

It was clear that she was the designated nail tech for class pass users, and that the salon did not care about giving an equal experience to all their guests. The other nail techs noticed the poor job but said nothing. Very unprofessional all around.
