se alle anmeldelserFor my first time in the space, I really enjoyed it! Everyone was energetically aligned and I e joyed Angelica’s cues and overall flow. A great balance of strength and methodical movement. I was definitely building heat but not in an overpowering way, but more intentional. Her cues and music were synced and I would def recommend (and attend!) this class!

I loved being given easier options that suited my level. Amazing location too - I went straight to the beach for a swim afterwards. 😊
