    I really enjoyed this class! It was a great workout and so much fun. One suggestion I would have is for the instructor to go over all of the punches at the beginning and make sure everyone can see the various demonstrations because sometimes it was hard to see and tell what we were supposed to be doing.

    H.I.I.T. Full Body (OPTIONAL) Lower/Upper Body Focus

    This is a great class- fast pace, very solid trainers, but most importantly, I appreciate the music they play. It’s awesome and keeps me coming back. I go to allllll the hiit/bootcamp classes in the area and they typically play offensive, obnoxious rap music - it’s so distracting. Circuit works plays upbeat, house music that enhances the work out and doesn’t detract. Also, it’s an expansive and clean studio space with friendly staff. Definitely check them out

    Good workout and instructor is full of life and sure to put you in a good mood. Only suggestion to the gym like others mention on here - is for a timer to be incorporated. You have 30 seconds stations but no timer you just have to keep eyeballing the clock. It’s a small gesture that will go along way for clients and help us focus better
