Great sense of humor, flowing playlists, hands on adjustments, and “yogic philosophy” teachings that are uplifting and gentle, even for the most skeptical peeps doing yoga “just for the workout.” (Which IMHO isn’t true yoga.) also special shout out to Stephan at the front desk who went out of his way to be sweet and welcoming, as it was my first time at this studio. Excellent customer service. 5 stars for both of them!

He has a keen ability to bring the class his students back to the breath, to drop inside, and to be present. His sequences are also challenging so you get a good physical workout along with the mental workout, and he always flows to a great playlist which makes the fly by like a dance.
