I'm not really my most energetic at 7:30pm on a Thursday evening, but I usually leave feeling great about the class. I've been going long enough at this point to know I won't feel my strongest every class, but Katie is super energizing, encouraging, and patient. I kind of can't believe how much I've learned and all I'm able to do since I went to my first class in January. I think she teaches hammock too? so I definitely want to try out one of those classes eventually too.
