Would def take more classes with her 🩷 also love the temp of the heated classes at this studio - hot enough without feeling like I’m going to die lol

I really appreciated her hands on adjustments and how attentive she was throughout class. She mentioned she’ll be taking over this block every week, so I’m definitely looking forward to adding this to my weekly routine!

She created such a friendly and positive environment, which made the whole experience even better. It was my first class and she really helped me through the movements making sure I did everything right which was awesome.

se alle anmeldelserOpen gym was great! It was right after a hammock class so all hammocks were up which made it easy to hop into my own training since that’s what I wanted to work on. I assume if you wanted to use a different apparatus, it would be accommodated. Next time I’ll bring my headphones so I can listen to my own music (music in the studio was very zen spa type for this open gym session). I highly recommend open gym time! It was so fun!
