I lowered my weight, which helped, but the lower body part of the routine was a bit too much on our lower backs. Nonetheless, Marissa is a great instructor, just not my fav routine.

Each exercise was tough I felt it in my core a lot, which is what I need! I was impressed by this class that I bought the unlimited new year package deal! You should definitely try a class if you can!

I came in a little early and she demonstrated some of the movements we would be doing. I still struggled during the class, but she came around to help me with my form. Even though it was a hard class especially for a beginner, she kept the mood light and fun!

She was very attentive, especially when my muscles tensed up, and helped me relax, which made the workout even more effective. My legs were shaking by the end of the class—in the best way possible—which showed how much my body was being challenged. I also loved the studio space! The large mirrors were incredibly helpful for checking my form and staying focused during the exercises
