se alle anmeldelserthis was my first time at this studio and it was a 10/10 experience!!! class didnt start or end at the advertised time but i didnt care for once because the vibes were so fun and i got to watch the previous pole class do their thing. this class was exactly what i didnt know i needed -- mobility stretches and exercises, and learning how to properly twerkkkk! it was actually a great workout and such a blast. the other students and the teacher were all so cool and down to earth. i will definitely be back.

It was nice to see the progression from a couple days to years of training. She corrected my form and gave me tips to improve without wrist and muscle strain. I will definitely train at this studio again! definitely recommend trying their different classes and be sure to check the required and suggested attire.

The instructor is so nice, welcoming and really good at guiding everyone through the moves. She would provide varying levels of difficulty for everyone to decide which to follow. If you needed 1-1 guidance she was there to assist as well. I’ll def be coming back !
