Carolina was quick to help me with my bike and make sure I was set up for success during the ride. Good music and a really great workout! There are no traditional yoga poses and no spiritual aspect and the music/vibe is much more upbeat and not relaxing. It reminds me of a barre class with a weighted rod you use to balance yourself and small muscle group focus. I’ll be back!
