Cari definitely challenged me and her consented light touch form adjustments were so helpful. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend if you are looking to challenge your practice in a supportive and welcoming environment.

se alle anmeldelserI have taken a class at Elevate Yoga before but Jennifer far surpassed that class! The class is challenging along with fun. Jennifer pushes you to work on your core, upper body strength and inversion. I highly recommend this class to everyone.

The studio owner is also incredibly warm and friendly. The studio is beautifully decorated, very clean and has mats, props and blankets for use. I can’t wait to come back!
