se alle anmeldelserThis was my first yoga class ever and it was heated (but it never felt like it was over 100 degrees like Florida's normal heatwaves). I actually enjoyed it being heated because I did sweat a little. This instructor focused more on balancing. My favorite part was, towards the end, when we were doing some final stretches and breathing on our backs, the instructor placed a cold towel with some essential oil on each person's forehead. This is entirely optional, but was very refreshing.
