Transitions were not rushed like they are at some studios, studio wasn’t too dark and music wasn’t too loud. There was an emphasis on safety and form, and modifications were given throughout class. I’d definitely come back to workout with Emily again!

The reformer moves are pretty advanced I would say like doing spilt kicks in the air on a reformer and a plank push up but definitely something to work up to

Something as simple as reminding you to breathe helped better engage that mind muscle connection and push through spicy spots. Would HIGHLY recommend!

I started out going to intense Pilates classes, so this was definitely a change of pace. Overall I enjoyed it and can’t wait to try out their 1.5 level!

She helped me move with the pace of the class since I am still newer to pilates. The class was the perfect pace, not too slow and not too fast. We got to use all the different boards which made the class extra exciting.
