se alle anmeldelserI forgot the instructors name but it was an impressive class for a beginner. I’m not a beginner but I’ve been out of practice for a long time. The class was gentle and I felt like I still got a workout without being unable to move the next day. It takes me days to recover from a work out sometimes and this class felt just right for my recovery period. I also loved that the instructor corrected my form. That’s very important for a beginner! Thank you!

Jomarie was my stretch therapist and changed how I felt after being sore from Pilates. I left pain free. I needed this full self care day because it made a SIGNIFICANT difference in my recovery.
