I especially appreciated that he took the time to correct my form, because proper technique is one of the most important parts of getting a great workout. The music selection was fantastic and really helped keep me motivated and pushing through the workout. The space itself was incredible too. The lighting, music, and atmosphere made it feel like being at a nightclub, but instead of partying, you’re getting an amazing workout. The energy was contagious, the class flew by, and I felt fantastic afterward. I’ll definitely be back!
