Barbara is kind and gentle and patient,but knowledgeable about her craft.She is a wonderful teacher with a beautiful cadence and delivery to her instruction. The space is unbeatable, with bamboo surrounding the tiki hut and wind chimes. Even on a hot day it makes for a wonderful practice.

The combination of the song during shavasana and the towelettes put me right to such a relaxed state. Thank you!
