I’ve been searching for a space that bridges the gap between physical movement and true spiritual community, and I found it here on their very first day. There was such a powerful synchronicity to them opening their doors on the same day as the Flower Full Moon. You could really feel that exciting, blooming energy the moment you walked in. The owners were right there to welcome everyone with such genuine warmth. The class itself was led by a husband, with his wife there in support, and their energy together was fantastic. I’ve visited many studios in the area, but I often felt that the deeper sense of spirituality and connection was lacking. This studio is exactly what I’ve been looking for. I’m already looking forward to my next class and seeing this community grow!

She’s firm but supportive, very descriptive in her explanations for each move and sets you up for success. I did the Friday morning bootcamp which started with a dynamic stretch, followed by several circuit stations consisting of two dynamic movements followed by a cardio movement. I was feeling the burn for sure. I’d love to come back just for the classes, GREAT experience!

Massage room is an open space and they offer optional treatments of your choice while fully clothed. They do offer enclosed spaces for combination reflexology sessions. I booked the 90 minute combination treatment and was able to remove my clothes for full body treatment. They soaked my feet in warm water while she started with cranial massage. The masseuse catered to my areas that she could feel needed some extra TLC like my lower back hip areas due to a previous injury. And the tightness in my shoulders and neck. Hot stones were a nice addition to my service. I didn’t see atm to tip, but Bank of America is right across the way so be sure to grab some cash before you head in. Last appointment is at 7pm. It was really wonderful and I can’t wait to come back!
