This class included a total of 5 miles and several work outs in between each mile. I am just starting to work out again so it was hard but the instructors were great motivating us and pushing us while letting us go at our own comfortable pace as well.

se alle anmeldelserEveryone was so welcoming and nice! The instructor Jessi made it a safe and warm place to practice and talked you through how to do each pose and offered help as needed. The place smelt great and was very soothing. She repeated words of affirmations and inspirational quotes and poems throughout the hour. I felt amazing during and after, one of the best yoga practices I’ve ever had!!

se alle anmeldelserI attended the flexibility class guided by Sebastian. I absolutely love his energy and the way he prepares our body for challenging postures. I do enjoy the buddy system to help the person next to you to get deeper in their flexibility goals. Sebastian is a wonderful instructor at multitasking as well. I appreciate his awareness to help one student ,but also look up to check in with the group and their posture.
