se alle anmeldelserI feel like this is the type of workout which gets easier as you attend more classes. I had an easier type with the choreography this time. The format is efficient and the class goes by quickly, hitting all body parts. You can also figure out modifications if needed (I have a screw in my foot, so skip the slider ab series and just plank). The studio is very cute and whimsical, which is nice on a Monday morning!

Expect high-intensity sprint work (lots of inclines, which has helped me race hills) paired with fresh strength circuits every session. Most everything is time based so you can set your own pace, choose your own weight, and count your own sets. Danielle will help adjust your form and pushes you (nicely) if she sees you slacking.

She explained every movement clearly and step by step, which made it easy to follow and build a strong foundation. I also really appreciated how detailed her guidance was, especially with the positioning of the arms and legs. She made sure everyone understood each movement and felt comfortable. Highly recommend!
