When I first arrived, she took time to explain the tools she would use for the myofascial massage and that she also incorporates the grasson technique and tools. The saunas are all small, fitting maybe 2-6 people. The wood on the benches is a bit rough, so definitely bring a towel or use the provided bathtubs to sit on. I also would love bags provided for wet swimsuits (as of course they are required) and combs to use post-shower. The customer service was lovely, and I felt at ease and welcomed immediately. A lovely little addition to the neighborhood!
